Our Process

  1. Enquiry - We get you to fill in the below form so we can get a little information from you, date and location are the most important so we can make sure we're available.
  2. Wedding Questionnaire - Within 24 hours we will email you with a more detailed questionnaire for you to fill in along with our welcome package so you can find out a little more about us.
  3. Quote and Mood Board - We will get back to you as soon as possible (always with in the week) with a quote listing each item and price and mood board. We can go back and forth until we come up with a quote that suits your needs and budget.
  4.  Deposit and Booking Confirmed- Then once you have approved your quote its a 30% deposit to lock in your quote and your wedding date. We can still change things around once the deposit has been paid as we totally understand numbers still need to be confirmed and things can change in the planing process.
  5. Planning and Confirmation Meet up - 4-6 weeks before your wedding we arrange a time to meet up or chat over the phone to finalise all the details colours timings ect, afterwards we update the quote if needed.
  6. Final Payment - Is due one month before your wedding.
  7. The Big Day - Relax and enjoy, your flowers will be delivered to you in the morning and we will be on site managing the set up and all the floral details.
